Jeep owners will get to simulate the manual gear selection aspects of a standard transmission meanwhile extracting more power from their engines. Great for off-roading! Our kit includes the security gateway module bypass and the OBD Genie C-SCT programmer which will enable the "SCT : Paddle Shifters" option code within the Jeep's body control module. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected.   THINGS TO KNOW Although it is not an "exact" fit, this upgrade can be installed on the original factory Jeep steering wheel. The steering wheel designed for this kit features orange stitching which will not match many interior configurations.
