Description Green Tea, Loose Leaf Sencha is a very interesting tea in its complexity. It is a little milder than Premium Sencha with very light astringency when warm that increases slightly as it cools. The overall taste is well rounded with floral hints and earthiness. The second infusion is not a bit strong or bitter. Sencha is a wonderful Japanese green tea selection for everyday enjoyment. Two Sizes Available: 100 grams (3.5 ounces) Makes approximately 45 to 50 servings of tea 500 grams (1 pound 2 ounces)  Makes approximately 225 to 250 servings of tea Brewing Suggestions: First Infusion: Add 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of fresh water, or about one tablespoon per potful. Heat the water to 80C (180F) and brew for one minute. Second Infusion: Brew with the same temperature water as the first infusion but for only a few seconds.
