Fileja Calabresi al Bergamotto

Fileja Calabresi al Bergamotto Fileja is a very typical Calabrian pasta of ancient origin. This pasta actually has different names in different parts of Calabria. However, traditionally, it is made by wrapping a strip of  pasta dough around a ferretto (a thin metal rod) or around a thin wooden stick.
