1:1 Legal Consult - 120 Minute Call

Schedule a 2-hour mediation session to complete your Joint Venture/Collaboration Agreement.  Includes: Two hours of mediation time to bring the parties together on a video call.   At the session, the parties will make key decisions with a neutral party present to facilitate agreement, compromise, and resolution. After the session, the parties will have total clarity on the big picture of the venture as well as the day-to-day operational decisions, including what roles everyone will serve, delegating, responsibilities, overcoming decision deadlock, finances, etc., and a working version of your agreement to memorialize the terms. Note : If there is a lot of back-and-forth with discussions on many points and less alignment between parties, this process may take additional time. Note : Should this meditation go more than 10 minutes over the estimated time, an additional invoice will be generated.
