Your Mini-Disclaimer tells people what you do and more importantly, what you *don’t* do. It is the number one thing you must have to protect yourself. Because there are certain professions that the law holds to higher standards (for example: doctors, nurses, naturopaths, licensed medical professionals, therapists, psychiatrists, licensed mental health professionals, CPAs, financial planners, licensed business professionals, etc.) it is important to be protected so that if something does go off-plan, you and your business are not held to that higher standard of care.
