Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is used when you host a Membership, to define all the terms for the participants.  It includes a Publicity Release so you can use safely and legally use any media captured during the events of the Membership. Includes bonus Publicity Release Template.   Get it signed by each Mastermind participant before they purchase your offer, consider using a clickwrap* at checkout if your participants' purchase is more hands-off.  *Clickwrap is an online agreement between your company and your user.  It requires your user to click a box or a button before they join your membership, download content, make a purchase, or use your website. The box or button confirms that the user agrees to your online contract and is a substitute for the user's signature.
