Caffeine: Herbal teas contain no caffeine at all. Herbal teas are not made from the camellia sinensis plant as most teas.  Brewing Instructions: Loose leaf: Bring water to a boil, add loose herbs, one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. For iced herbal infusions, add one level tablespoon.
