Pour over sachet and seep 1-3minutes.  Pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of tea and seep 1-3minutes.   Caffeine Level:Tea offers a variety of caffeine levels depending on the type of tea. In general, green tea has a medium caffeine level, for most people it is the perfect amount to help you feel awake all day.
