DATES Fridays February 7 & 14, 2025 | 3 - 4:30 pm DESCRIPTION The Pollen Hat by Andrea Mowry is a lightweight, quick knit featuring a simple, allover cabled texture, worked in a looser gauge to keep it from being too warm, perfect for the transition time from Winter to Spring. Sized to fit the whole family and worked in worsted weight yarn, this small project is a great introduction to working slipped stitches and simple cables.   The written stitch pattern is easy to memorize.  Sizes are Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult Small, Adult Large).  Any of the sizes use 1- 100g skein of worsted weight yarn.  Gauge is 17.5 stitches and 24 rounds / 4 inches in allover cable stitch pattern with lager needles, after blocking. A little bit of homework will make this class work smoothly.  If possible, Cast on for the size you wish to make and work the K2P2 ribbing for that size before class so we can dive right into working the cable pattern.
