When we go about cutting our steaks, we first need to trim a piece off from both ends in order to make the shape as perfect as possible.  Ever wondered what we do with those extra side pieces? Well, we typically just eat it ourselves but instead we figure we'd share what we'd typically take home. This is our Mystery Bargain Box! A mix of imperfect and odd shaped cuts ranging from Grassfed beef to Wagyu beef of different variations. If you know how to cook and don't need a presentation piece, this is a great deal. Just to clarify, these are end pieces that are also imperfect in shape. They may be thin, thick, flat or round. We will do our best to add variety when fulfilling this. Each portioned piece is individually packaged and vacuum sealed. In order to maximize freshness during delivery, we blast freeze our
