Read Better To Write Better ~ 3-sessions for ages 10-13 with Huda Usmani

This 3-session workshop offers guidance on perceptive reading skills that will help students understand the internal workings of good writing. This workshop goes beyond comprehension and demonstrates the use of compositional devices in their practiced form, thereby enabling students to be mindful about their own writing. *Huda Usmani is an aspiring author and Rutgers University graduate with a background in English Literature and Creative Writing. She has experience with teaching guided writing and believes that, with a good push, anyone can be a powerful writer.
