Donegal Sweater in Moss

These Donegal yarns, named after the remote Irish county where they were woven, turn a classic crewneck into a canvas for rich textures and colors. Australian merino wool fibers are woven in Donegal, Ireland, where they take on their iconic speckled appearance. The yarn then travels to a family-owned factory in Scotland that has been an industry leader for over 100 years. There, the sweaters are knit in a “fully fashioned” method—a traditional technique that results in a completely seamless garment.  The colors in this sweater remind us of the forest floor—lush, dark, and verdant. Flecks of orange, red, and purple peek out through many shades of green.
