Sorry, we couldn’t resist the pun. ;)It was the first percentage we used as a base chocolate for all our inclusion bars, and has remained a best seller through our 7 years of being in business! We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hānai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate. This 70% Dark has convinced some "milk chocolate only" fans to come to the dark side, mwhaha! And we're pleasantly surprised that more children are into dark chocolate as well!We are a no spray farm, and utilize organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.This bar is VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE!
