Rich coconut flavor from our newest bar, Haupia White Chocolate, is made into a ganache with coconut flakes. This eliminates the need for coconut oil, creating a much more stable filling. If you've had a "leaker," you'll appreciate this! And if you haven't, it's when the oil would sometimes make cracks in the chocolate shell and start seeping out, especially if they got a little warm.
