Challah Loaf
This long-awaited gluten-free loaf is finally here! Our challah is lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and enriched with whole eggs and extra virgin olive oil for a gluten free and dairy free treat. It is soft, moist and flavorful with a medium crumb. This 2 lb loaf is baked in a disposable paper tray for ease and you can choose to have it plain or seeded. The seeded version is topped with our 3-seed blend of organic seeds - sesame, poppy and chia seeds. AVAILABLE PLAIN OR SEEEDED Ingredients: Filtered water, brown rice flour*, tapioca flour, millet flour*, sorghum flour*, potato starch/flour, oat flour*, flax seed*, psyllium husk*, cane sugar*, whole eggs, extra virgin olive oil*, bakers yeast, non-gmo xanthan gum, guar gum, sea salt, aluminum-free baking powder . *Indicates ORGANIC ingredients. Bread pans are coated with a non-gmo pan spray containing sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin and natural flavor. Seeded challah is topped with organic seeds - sesame, poppy and chia.
