Peru Wilder Garcia SHB Fancy

This coffee from Peru yields a delicate and flavorful brew that dispalys the care and passion of it's producer. Wilder Garcia maintains a close relationship with the health of his coffee shrubs. At 1800masi, his 23-hectare farm enjoys the ideal climate for growing Arabica coffee. After the harvest, cherries are depulped on the same day and fermented for 48 hours in hermetic tanks before drying in solar dryers.
