Richer vegetal, stronger florals and a thicker brew reward those that get this one.  The mountains just outside of Jade Mountain National Park have become an up and coming tea-growing region of Taiwan. It is also an area that does not have a lot of organic agriculture, which is why we were so happy to find a rare certified organic garden in the area! We have been blown away by the exceptional teas being produced from this garden as we keep buying more of them!
