Your 1/2 or whole will be specially made for you! We will contact you when it is finished. The price is determined by the Hanging Carcass Weight (HCW), therefore the weight and price will vary. You will get the full half side of the beef. (Double if whole, divide by 1/2 for quarter beef) Estimated HCW range is from 400-500 lbs. Estimated finished take-home weight will be 200-250 lbs. of beef Final cost is estimated between $2,100 - $2,600 per 1/2 beef Our 14+ day aged beef is in vacuum-sealed packaging to keep fresh for a long time. Recommended freezer space is 1-1.5 cut ft per 20 lbs beef; a half-beef would need about 10 -12 cu. ft. of freezer space for ~200 lbs of finished frozen beef.
