Raw Beef Fat (for Tallow) or Pork Fat (for Lard)

Raw Beef Fat is perfect for creating homemade DIY products. Render it into tallow for a variety of uses such as cooking, baking, frying, mixing with game, candles, soaps, lotions, rust prevention and leather conditioning.  Each package contains 3-7 lbs of frozen beef or pork fat, though please note that due to its irregular shape, the vacuum seal may occasionally be compromised during handling.
