Perfect for snacking, charcuterie boards, or adding a gourmet touch to any meal, our summer sausage comes in three bold flavors: Cranberry Mozzarella – A perfect balance of sweet and savory, with tangy cranberries and creamy mozzarella blended into our premium beef. Garlic Parmesan – A robust combination of roasted garlic and aged parmesan cheese, delivering a deep, umami-packed flavor. Hatch Green Chile – Infused with fire-roasted Hatch green chiles for a smoky, mildly spicy kick that enhances the richness of the beef.
