100 lb Chuckwagon Variety Bundle (~1/4 Beef)

A chuckwagon: a wagon with cooking facilities providing all meals on a ranch, worksite, or campsite. A chuckwagon carries a lot of food for the ranch crew and this bundle is ~100 lbs of beef variety sure to please any crowd (AKA the family).  Health conscious, busy moms who prioritize family meals will love the variety of different cuts that are hard to find, as well as the standard favorites.  We raise our beef from the calf to the finished product, with a variety of grasses and grains to produce flavorful and tender cuts.  Our Chuckwagon Bundle  (equivalent to "quarter beef") is 100 lbs of standard premium cuts that may include: 4-5 Ribeye Steaks 4-5 NY Strip  Steaks   4-5 Filet Mignons 5-6 Sirloin Tip and/or Top Steaks 5-6 packages of Kabobs/Stew Meat 1-2 Chuck Roast, Eye of Round, Rump Roast and/or London Broil 1 Brisket Dino Ribs, Back and/or Short Ribs A mix of: Flank Steak, Skirt Steak (or Fajita Cuts: Skirt Steak cut into strips), Tri-Tip, Denver, Chuck Eye Steak, and/o
