Ground Beef 1-2 roasts: London Broil (Top Round), Eye of the Round, or Chuck Roast 2 Sirloin Tip or Top Steaks 1-2 additional steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, or T-Bone/Porterhouse 1-2 Short Ribs Our 14+ day aged beef is in vacuum-sealed packaging to keep fresh for a long time.
