Premium Half Beef - Ready Now

Our Premium Half Beef is the perfect solution for those who seek quality, convenience, and security. Enjoy the delicious flavor of fresh beef without ever having to visit the grocery store. This is our standard half beef already processed (late June and July) and ready for your freezer. The price is determined by the hanging carcass weight (HCW) in lbs. (price is $5.50/lb HCW, includes the processing).  You receive the entire half beef from the processor.  Choose the weight from our current inventory listed above.  The finished pounds of product is a little over 50% of the HCW.  For example: (actual numbers and cuts vary per half) 75-85 lbs.
