Our pork is lovingly raised by our team member, Elinore, who is dedicated to crafting top-notch hogs and tasty bacon. Each bundle is hand-curated to offer at least 70 lbs, with a variety of cuts and types of prime pork, guaranteeing a diverse and enjoyable dining adventure. Pork Chops and Blade Steaks Cutlets Sirloin Butt and Boston Butt Roasts Spare Ribs, Country Style Ribs, and/or Back Ribs 2 lb Dry-cured bacon 4lb variety of sausages in 1 lb. packages (such as breakfast, chorizo, and regular ground) Uncured Ham Roasts and/or Steaks Uncured Ham Hocks Stew Meat Leaf and/or Back Fat and/or Kidney are included at no extra charge (please request when ordering) Please note that our processors are currently unable to smoke pork. All packages are vacuum-sealed, but some seals may become loose with handling. If this occurs, simply consume those packages sooner. However, packages with air-tight seals can be safely stored in the freezer for up to a year.
