Here's a mix of 6 tip and top Sirloins to create many recipes or just for a good steak dinner. Approximately +/-7 lbs. Difference between tip and top sirloins? The top sirloin comes from the sirloin of the beef and is more tender. The top sirloin steak has a ridge of fat on one side. The sirloin tip comes from the round, not as tender and leaner in its marbling. Both are great cuts and will make any meal tasty.
