Half or Whole Pork *DEPOSIT*
We are SOLD OUT of our fall hogs! We will have more ready in about Feb/March 2026. This is a great chance to have your pork prepared just the way you like it. The processing will be handled by Bear Mountain Beef. How it works: Place a deposit for $100 to reserve your half hog or $200 to reserve a whole hog. Fill out the cutting instructions and email to us--CUT SHEET (⬅️ Click). Please contact us if you would rather fill out over the phone/email. We have a standard cut sheet of typical cuts if you want to use instead. We will submit your cutting instructions to the processor. When the pork is finished, you pay the remainder of the balance. The price ($4.75/lb) is determined by the Hanging Carcass Weight (HCW), therefore the weight and price will vary. This price includes the processing charge.
