RIAA Gold 45 award for Raydio hit "Jack And Jill", which was released in April 1978. The 45 rpm single was certified Gold by the RIAA on April 26, 1978 for one million copies sold. Before Ray Parker Jr. scored his huge smash with the theme from Ghostbusters, he had this hit in 1977. It peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and also reached the top 10 in several other countries. It was the first of a string of top 10 singles for the group.
