Marsh Marigold is a showy wetland plant that tolerates sandy to clay soils, as well as, full to part sun. It prefers wetter conditions and can even thrive in shallow standing water, growing to an average of two feet. The glossy, heart shaped foliage is one of the first to emerge each spring and the large cluster of bright yellow flowers make this plant ideal for landscapes, especially rain gardens and pond edges.  Sun Exposure Prairie/Savanna/Woodland Soil Conditions Wet, Wet Mesic Height 2' Flower Color Yellow Flower Time April, May, June Frequently Asked Questions Why Purchase From Natural Communities Native Plants?
