Abundant Bloomsdale Organic Spinach Seeds

Looking for dark leafy greens? Look no further. This spinach is deep green with glossy, savoy (wavy) leaves full of healthy carotenoids like beta-carotene. Leaves are sweet and succulent and great raw or cooked. Plants are bolt-resistant and slow-growing, so it is better for spring growing or overwintering in a cold-frame/hoophouse. We are so excited to be bringing you this new spinach bred by a collaborative project with organic farmers and the Organic Seed Alliance, and released under the Open Source Seed Initiative (OSSI) to keep seeds unpatented and in the hands of the people for all times.
