Heirloom beefsteak tomato prized for its rich, complex flavor. Considered a “black” tomato, Carbon has green/brown shoulders on dark red fruit with meaty texture that is perfect for sandwiches and salads. One of the best “Black” tomatoes which are known for great flavor. Plants are vigorous and productive and grow better than most older heirloom beefsteaks.
