One of our all-time favorites, we love this tasty Porcelain type for its extra large cloves. This hardneck garlic has a bold flavor and high sugar content - one of the very best for roasting. Stores better than the Rocambole types. Its outside skin is ivory-white, while the skin covering the cloves is red. The bulb contains 4-5 very large cloves and has superior storage capabilities compared to Rocambole types.
