Very strong raw garlic flavor (wahoo!) - flavor lingers and sweetens in your mouth ending on a nutty note. Reported to be very high in Allicin which is known for its many healing properties - eat it raw for the most health benefits. We like it raw in pesto and crushing it into hot soup, especially miso soup. We also love to cook spicy garlic to calm its punch - roasted, stir fries, stews or practically in anything!
