Rosa Bianca Eggplant Seeds

Large, Italian heirloom eggplant that grows well in the north and is highly praised by chefs for its exquisite flavor and tender flesh. Gorgeous fruits are white with lavender overlay, and large. Averaging 3-4" wide and 5" long, weighing up to 2-4 lbs. We love them sliced and roasted with olive oil and garlic which makes them divine! (see recipe). Large size makes them easy for baba ganoush.  Rosa Bianca seeds that actually produce in the north? That's right! This selection of Rosa Bianca was sent to us by Emily Pence from Fedco who has been breeding it for success in northern climates.
