Ruby Zoisite Organic Lettuce Seeds

Mini-heads of dark green romaine with ruby red colored speckles - this might just be your new favorite lettuce to grow in the garden. Bred by one of our mentors, Frank Morton of Wild Garden Seeds, this variety is a space-saver that is ideal for small gardens, hydroponics, interplanting, or growing in containers. These heads are more compact than Mayan Jaguar and are quite easy to clean since the heart is so dense. Heads grow to a diameter of approximately 6” and add a degree of fanciness to any salad mix.
