Cunard Line - A cornucopia of deck plans! A twenty-page deck plan brochure for Cunard's "A" Class ships that opens to 16" by 18" and features eight separate deck plans and a center spread of interior photos. The brochure is dated June 20, 1939, just on the cusp of war. The A Class was built in the early-to-mid 1920s for Liverpool to Montreal service. Each ship gets a separate plan showing six decks and either two classes (Cabin and Third) or three classes (Cabin, Tourist, and Third) depending on the ship. Included are AUSONIA (1921), ANTONIA (1922), ANDANIA (1922), AURANIA (1924), ASCANIA (1925), and ALAUNIA (1925), plus the Cunard-Donaldson Line ships ATEHINA (1923) and LETITIA (1925). The opening spread shows one of the sisters with decks marked off. Photos in the center, unidentified as to vessel, show two different Cabin Class suites, Tourist Class Dining Saloon and Lounge, plus a Third Class cabin, Dining Saloon, and two different Lounges.
