Cunard Line: "The Cruise Ship Cookbook: Elegant Meals with Cunard" by Rudolf Sodamin, Executive Chef of the QE2, published in 1988, hardbound with original dust jacket, 200 pages. Sodamin divides his book into chapters representing the regions of the world, and then fills them with wonderful recipes and color photos. Nice ship photos too, and sample menus from the ships. Wow, not a book to read near meal time! If anyone wants to try out "Filet Mignon Antigua" or "Fillets of Sole with Broccoli and Champagne Saucer", I'll be right over. Very good condition with light wear to the dust jacket.
