He and his wife, Deb, draw on their professional backgrounds in timber framing (him) and education (her) to bolster their growing efforts and the community engagement that power one of the state’s largest CSA programs. Chef Nyle Flynn will have the best of the season to choose from when creating his menu. Known for his creative take on French classics at Bar Pigalle, Nyle now elevates familiar tavern favorites with a focus on locality at Hamilton’s. Midsummer in the Midwest not only means peak produce, but a chance of afternoon storms. Luckily, the farm has two beautiful barns that have sheltered the table at past events, both with wonderful views of the fields in bloo
