From the gently lapping waves of Gardiners Bay to the farm’s squawking hens and buzzing bees, this place is as tranquil as it comes. This is one of the oldest working farms on Long Island, and its history is felt far and wide. We’re very grateful to be welcomed back to break bread by the bay with chef Adam Kelinson and Dana Minuta. Chef Adam and Chef Dana are both big fans of Long Island's farming community. They're sure to pluck only the best of what's to offer to serve overlooking the shimmering sea.
