Apple Streusel Cheesecake

This cheesecake is like an apple pie a la mode, except way better. Our signature silky, organic, vanilla-kissed filling is wrapped in a handmade organic graham cracker crust.  We then top it with organic apples, organic lemon zest, organic spices, organic Einkorn wheat plus organic sprouted oats to created a streusel that's baked to perfection, and then drizzled with maple syrup for that added pop of fall flavor. Standard Size is 6" in diameter and 3" high and serves 6-8 people. Mini Size is 4" in diameter and 1.75" high and serves 1-2 people. Large Size is 9" in diameter and 3" high and serves 12+ people.
