Cherry Almond Cheesecake

Our Cherry Almond Cheesecake pays homage to classic European flavors like dark cherries and almonds.  To make this cake, we finely grind organic almonds and add them to our signature organic graham cracker crust to create depth of flavor when baked.  We then boost our signature organic filling with organic almond oil and then top with a chunky dark cherry sauce made from scratch.  The toastiness of the crust blended with the vanilla almond cream of the cake balances perfectly with the subtly sweet dark cherries. Pair with a fruity red wine or even a robust cup of coffee, this cake captures everything we love about classic flavors.     Standard Size is 6" in diameter and 3" high and serves 6-8 people. Mini Size is 4" in diameter and 1.75" high and serves 1-2 people. Large Size is 9" in diameter and 3" high and serves 12+ people.
