Mulled Wine Cheesecake

This cheesecake was inspired by the timeless Christmas classic known as Gluhwein in Germany. Our signature creamy, vanilla-kissed organic filling sits in a gingerbread cookie crust made from scratch and is then topped with a mulled port-wine reduction sauce and garnished with sugared cranberries. It tastes as stunning as it looks. The warmth of the ginger in the crust, and the soft spice of the subtly sweet mulled wine, blend magnificently with the cool, creamy filling. Note: we make these in very limited quantities, order while they last! Mini Size is 4" in diameter and 1.75" high and serves 1-2 people. Standard Size is 6" in diameter and 3" high and serves 6-8 people. Large Size is 9" in diameter and 3" high and serves 12+ people.
