Peppermint Bark Cheesecake

This cheesecake takes the seasonal-favorite treat to a whole new level. Our signature creamy, vanilla-kissed organic filling is wrapped in an organic chocolate graham cracker crust and topped with a white and dark chocolate peppermint-infused ganache garnished with broken candy cane bits. The creamy filling balances perfectly with the chocolate crust, and the chocolate ganache has just a delicate touch of mint. Standard Size is 6" in diameter and 3" high and serves 6-8 people. Mini Size is 4" in diameter and 1.75" high and serves 1-2 people.
