Pumpkin Bourbon Pecan Cheesecake

The Thanksgiving dessert that takes the cake. Our signature creamy, organic filling is swirled with organic pumpkin and delicate spice that is perfectly balanced and never overpowering. Sitting on a pumpkin-spice infused organic graham cracker crust, this cheesecake is topped with an indulgent brown sugar bourbon sauce loaded with pecans.  We use Basil Hayden Kentucky Bourbon. Standard Size is 6" in diameter and 3" high and serves 6-8 people. Mini Size is 4" in diameter and 1.75" high and serves 1-2 people. Large Size is 9" in diameter and 3" high and serves 12+ people.
