Plum Creek Wagyu offers our finest Fullblood Wagyu Beef by the whole, 1/2, or 1/4, of beef—the most economical way by far to purchase beef of this quality. Our herd consists of elite Japanese Black Wagyu genetics from foundation sires and are raised on our farm in Crete, Nebraska. Purchasing this package will get you beef from our next harvest, typically within 1 - 2 months. Purchasing Process—Wagyu by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole is priced at $20 per lb. for Fullblood Wagyu, $17.50/lb. for American Wagyu, and DOES include processing. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Whole Steer When you buy a whole steer, you receive all portions—front and rear—of the animal. The total weight for a whole steer is 400 lbs. For Fullblood Wagyu, the price is $20 per pound, resulting in a total of $8,000.
