This carefully crafted black salt was sourced from Uttar Pradesh, and fired in a kiln at extremely high temperatures to give it its signature "black" color and that sought-after eggy taste.  My favorite way to use it: I especially love it in cucumber raita, a teensy touch goes a long way.
