Andouille Links

Who says you need beads to get a taste of New Orleans culture?  Andouille sausage is a New Orleans staple, and ours is based off a famous recipe that was passed down from a New Orleans chef. These 1/4 lb links are seasoned with cumin, cayenne, paprika, and ancho chili pepper, along with the addition of milk powder to give them a great texture. The links are then smoked over cherry wood to give the flavor an extra depth that makes them perfect for gumbo.
