You don’t have to travel to Germany to have an incredible Bratwurst. This sausage is the true summertime, grill-out sausage. One bite, and you’ll want to fire up the grill whatever time of year it is. These 1/3 lb links are made with pasture-raised pork and fresh ingredients like eggs and fresh cream, and are seasoned with white pepper, nutmeg, and ginger. Fluffy, rich, mild, and flavorful, this sausage has it all. These links have a natural casing so we advise starting them over low heat before searing, to reduce the risk of bursting.
