This bundle is a one stop shop for the perfect bird, including a pasture-raised Porter Road Turkey and two jars of Jacobsen Salt’s Savory Citrus Brine. This is not your average, grocery store turkey. Our pasture-raised turkeys live a natural lifestyle outside, where they can move around freely and forage, leading to healthy birds and delicious meat. We always work with farmers who raise turkeys to our high standards — without any antibiotics or added hormones. Turkeys come with the neck and giblets (heart and liver). Need cooking tips?
