DESCRIPTION: Tabletop vacuum tube AM and shortwave radio manufactured by RCA from 1936 in excellent working condition.  CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original hand crafted curved wood. The finish is factory original. No cracks, chips or major scratches or missing pieces in wood construction. No chipped or missing veneer along edges and corners. Not repainted, no touch up, no over spray. There is finish age checking throughout like an old piece of furniture. Clear original tuning plastic window is not cracked, no chips, yellowed with age. Bevel edge gold highlight paint is faded with age but not flaking or greening. WORKING CONDITION: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial with external antenna attachment which is included. SHortwave reception was weak or non-existent.
