Cooked Sausage

We offer four fully cooked & smoked sausages for your enjoyment. Try our easy-to-slice sausages for a simple snack with our Smoked Cheese and crackers, or slice to put on a sandwich or just dip in a spicy mustard. Our Polish sausage is made from a blend of lean pork, beef and fine natural spices. Our summer sausage is a mixture of wholesome and nutritious beef and pork with a medium blend of special spices. Prefer more of a kick? Try our spicy jalapeño summer sausage instead. Our beef sausage is a mildly seasoned, lean, all-beef sausage.
